Generations of Exceptional
Craftsmanship

Tommy Cornell, the owner and founder of Cornell Building Inc., has been building beautiful custom homes with his father Tom Cornell since 2010. His father Tom has retired, and Tommy is now running the family business. Building custom homes is a trade that runs in the family going back four generations. Tommy’s father obtained his contractor’s license in 1974 and built his first home in Chino Hills. Tom built beautiful custom homes in the Chino area for many years. In 1996, Tom moved to Oregon and also built several custom homes there. During this time, his oldest son Toby took over the family business in Chino. In 2004, Tom and Tommy (and family) moved to Temecula California where they have resided ever since and have continued to build countless beautiful homes in the Temecula Valley.

In 2010, Tommy graduated from high school and began working for his dad full-time. Tommy began running jobs for his dad in 2018, and over the years has learned many skills to continue building beautiful custom homes. Like his father and brother before him, Tommy has had a deep passion for building homes since he was a child and has been around job sites his whole life. Tommy's mother is an architect, and he has learned from her valuable skills in design. Tommy has a friendly demeanor and is easy to work with and communicate with. He has a deep desire to build people’s dream homes, and with his fine attention to detail, and his hard work ethic, he will build your home within a timely manner with high-quality craftsmanship. Tommy Cornell is continuing the legacy of excellence, honesty and integrity in every aspect of design and workmanship for over 45 years.
